Taylor Cook
Mental Performance Coach
& Retired Pro Hockey Goalie
Taylor Cook is a Canadian retired professional hockey player with extensive international playing experience. She has competed at the university level and played professionally in Norway and Kazakhstan, and is currently coaching in Zurich. Throughout her career, she has overcome numerous challenges, including injuries and setbacks, through the power of mental training. Taylor's resilience and determination have driven her to excel both on and off the ice.
Now, as a mental performance coach, Taylor works with athletes, coaches, and teams to enhance their mental game. She firmly believes that the lessons learned from sports can be applied to everyday life. Through the EmpowerHER program, Taylor shares her expertise in mental training, offering strategies and motivation to help participants unlock their potential and thrive in all areas of life. Kalis Loyd
Health & Wellness Coach
& Retired Pro Basketball Player
Kalis is a Swedish-American and recently retired professional basketball player. With experience competing at the highest levels in Europe, representing Sweden on the national team, and playing collegiate sports, Kalis understands the importance of mental strength in achieving success and creating a fulfilling life. Her passion for the mental side of the game has been her edge, helping her overcome injuries, setbacks, and the identity shift after retiring from professional sports.
Kalis now applies her athletic career insights to help others. She believes resilience, self-motivation, and a supportive community are essential for reaching one's potential. Through the EmpowerHER program, Kalis shares the mindset, strategies, and motivation that have fueled her journey, guiding participants to uncover the tools and confidence they need to thrive.
